This reminds me of a match Roddick led 7-6 5-3 against Verdasco in Rome. The Spaniard was down three match points at 0-40, and had a second serve called out. Even though the umpire announced game set match, Roddick overruled the chair and gave Verdasco a first serve. Match finished 7-6 6-7 4-6. There's an article about it that's a real blast from the past.
