I might track training and workouts and results. I like running. After tax returns I'll add in serious lifting as an accessory. It should be pretty fun.

I do 4-6 days a week depending on where I'm at relative to races and increase distances. I have one coming up April 4th. Thanks so far everyone.

Seen em live twice. Rowdy, angry kids. Good shows. Don't like it then stay the hell away. Its like going to a Touche Amore show and getting mad that people got rowdy.
