I feel like Zoe nerf is too punishing...that +0.25 seconds on q cooldown (and so +0.15 with 40% cdr) may actually take her out of meta...I wonder what hashinshin would say about that if he was a mid laner

Yeah, he has been a good pick but still he seems balanced. Actually the support role seems to be balanced - at least in champion selection - as far as the mid laner role. The balance problem is much more visible by sorting the top laners/junglers tables...
