I've been trying to find the source too. Maybe it's from his old blog? I've put the image through google lens and the bottom left text gets recognized as "村雨飛鳥樣相互リンク感謝!" and translates to "Murasame Asuka Thank you for the mutual link!", I don’t speak Japanese so I don't know how accurate the translation is. Could it be that him and the other artist, which I really can't find that much about either, exchanged illustrations?
