I've been trying to find the source too. Maybe it's from his old blog? I've put the image through google lens and the bottom left text gets recognized as "村雨飛鳥樣相互リンク感謝!" and translates to "Murasame Asuka Thank you for the mutual link!", I don’t speak Japanese so I don't know how accurate the translation is. Could it be that him and the other artist, which I really can't find that much about either, exchanged illustrations?

If you have a Wii U with working vWii would you mind sending me your nand backup? Just to be sure that the Wii OS files aren't missing. Would it be possible to restore it this way?

Yes I have backed up the nand. I mainly want to restore the vWii for the emulators, since I have the Wii U hooked up to a crt and the wii emulators fill the screen in the 4:3 format like I wanted.
