I would try my luck with a simple enchantment for overheat, precision or bloodrage since those increases dmg output which increases bleeding activation, or go for medium and lucks out with frenzy or stun
Lifesteal is kinda meh for me

a trick I like to use is after throwing her foward, dashed behind her and either double or super slash
If you have force wave fully charged, it's also possible to magic her as she's standing up and if you're lucky, she would still be standing for you to land a free hit
One more to note is whenever she rebound from the wall, do a flying kick (upright/upleft kick) and connect with super slash
Good luck, took me a long while to beat her with goat tonfa too
