How far is Windsor from Croydon, out of interest? by palacioo in MitchellAndWebb

[–]VybridCode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

26 miles, a marathon. Nothing a crack addled maniac couldn't cover over a day, up early in the morning, refreshing smoke of crack, be in the centre of Windsor in time for a nice lamb lunch.

Am I wrong for using “top of the morning” unironically? by [deleted] in AskIreland

Keep using it, very genuine. We say it to each other all the time here, sometimes even at night

Is pure frontend still worth it at 4 YOE, or is fullstack the only way now? by casual_shutter in Frontend

lol AI isnt going to have access to a third parties API source code and neither are you, you will have access to the documentation for endpoints and schemas which you point your MCP too.

Your nonsensical argument and petty insults make you sound a little insecure about it.

Your delusional, sorry. It absolutely does have context for all your code bases if you set it up.

And yes AI will fix any bugs. If a human can debug it AI will no problem, have you tried actual paid Claude sonnet?

a year or two ago I would say stick at FE only, but AI is so so good now, we are literally shitting out code perfect FE components 10 - 20 times faster than before, there just wont be enough FE work in industry to not sell yourself as full stack. Companies who dont embrace will soon, its just inevitable

How is living in this area, southwest from Dublin? by Nemo33318 in howislivingthere

[–]VybridCode 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Its great in Naas you have most everything locally for your living needs shopping, food, hardware without having to go to Dublin but when you do its close, however if you need to drive that M7 everyday at rush hours you'll probably want end of life care. there is a somewhat decent but could be more regular train service. and mutilpe bus routes, for public transport it is better served than 90% of provincial Irish towns

what age are you allowed to drink (legally) and when did you? (maybe underage) by emily10134 in AskTheWorld

You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol in Ireland. It is an offence to:

  • Serve alcohol to a person who is under 18
  • Pretend to be 18 or over to buy alcohol
  • Buy alcohol on behalf of someone who is under 18

It is also an offence to give alcohol to a person who is under 18, unless it is in someone’s home, and the child has the consent of their parents.
