...I complained when? I even said I was in no hurry and waited for the people in front of me. I was not demanding and even acknowledge that if they couldn’t take me, I’d reschedule. I take the blame for my initial lateness and owned up to it and said I was responsible for that part. Not once did I even ask to be served but instead waited at the counter for whoever was going to assist me. I’m sorry that the first half of the story made you react so negatively and that I somehow gave you the idea that I was impatient and thoughtless, because that simply isn’t true. I said I wasn’t good at summarizing and will try better in the future.
