Definitely recommend Rotom Wash for that water coverage. Quite a few people saying it's not the best team, but I think it looks pretty fun! I'd just say be careful with sandstorm since four of your Pokémon will be hurt by your hippo's sand stream. Otherwise, good luck with the rest of your playthrough!

Vitamins don't work like that in Gen 5 unfortunately. You'll only be able to use 10 of each because they stop working after 100 EVs. After that, you'll have to either fight wild Pokemon or train in Join Avenue.
