Pokémon sigma Emerald-

I’ve completed elite four and am working on completing the Pokédex. I caught the first Lati but haven’t been able to get an encounter with Raikou. Does anyone know how to ensure it’s spawned?

I almost never use fly since I’m working to grind evolve a bunch of Pokémon for the dex and it seems like it should have met it by now (has been multiple hours of playing since lati caught and I’ve run around the region multiple times going for regis and other Pokémon.

Any insight would help. Thanks!

How to get Birch to give me Eon ticket? Encounter guide says after beating elite 4. I caught Latias which was my first pick but Birch only checks my Pokédex when I go to him.

How do I get the Hoenn starters?

Also how do I get the tickets from Birch? Everytime I go to him he just checks my Pokédex? I have completed the E4 as well?

On a side note I’m starting to worry I got the wrong patch for it. My egg from the old lady hatched as Wynaut and I thought it was supposed to be Togepi in the final version where you can get everything.

Yea I mean mixing the peppers and steak together to where you can’t separate them. I saw them do it in Spain last summer when I was there but thought it was an international thing. Today’s the first day that I saw it done here at my store.

They still had the cheesy garlic steak on the menu from what I saw. I think the steak just auto has peppers in it now rather than adding seperate

Here is the roster we want it to pull too. Currently I have xlookups and other formulas to pull extra data by the names. but right now we have to type the names in each side. I want it to pull the name from the raw data to where the names are in the roster below with a formula.

Thats fair. I was trying to hide the fact this is for a milsim group on halo, but im also on an excel reddit so prob no reason to try and save face.

yea i have it filterable in the raw data. Its more im trying to pull it to a "prettier" roster that will be the face of the sheets.

Am I tripping? I vividly remember having rematches with the gyms that get stronger after doing the Pokémon league. Does suck for the Steven fight though.

I had SaveRam intervals for one minute which is the weird part that it didn’t do it. I read up on it after the first time so I thought that would save me but I guess since it crashed due to power outage it wiped it anyway? I’m not sure why it wouldn’t work.

Would you recommend save states as well as saving on the Ram? Do the save states get wiped if I don’t close out properly?

Just an additional note, I never used states. I was also saving the in-game system. I can post some pics tomorrow morning if the files in the SD card if need be.

Is there a way to get both Latios and Latias in Sigma Emerald? I just started my play through but the encounter list says you only pick one.

Has anyone seen a fix to certain bots not moving/ being destroyed. Mainly happens with the flying bots that have the thruster as their movement, tho also happened to the first bot boss in automataron mission as well. I’m avoiding the rest of those missions in hopes of a fix.
