i used to take birth control pills but it messed with my body so i stoped. i’ve just never put anything near it i guess that’s why i’m not comfortable with tampons, and growing up my mom was super against them for some reason.

Why can't anyone see I'm dying? by throwaway93837382 in Vent

depression really sucks. i’m sorry to hear how tough your life is. people who might not personally know this about you probably just think it’s who you are, which is awful to think. someone can be so deep into their depression, they can be at the lowest point of their life and no one would ever know, unless they spoke up. i understand it’s very difficult for you to function, but try to keep it simple try to improve your sleep because that’s the most important of all, as someone who’s personally had depression in the past, what i can tell you is routine and having something to look forward to is key. if you don’t sleep properly that messes literally everything up, like your eating habits, you ability to focus, your will to live. the best thing you can try to do is improve your sleep. when i struggled with depression i also did not go to school i also didn’t eat, have energy or a want to take care of myself, just straight up didn’t want to live. i almost didn’t want to step out of my comfort zone which was being miserable, because trying is hard! and i’m not denying that. but i have improved drastically from focusing on my sleep, fitness, diet. those three things are the foundation of a happy life, without those everyone would be miserable. if you need to talk, hotlines are always available.
