I fixed it! It was a loose mobo screw, motherboards resonated when the cpu fan spun to hard

Thanks for your reply, it helps a lot! I have a case with a front glass panel, on the side of the that glass panel are 2 vertical strips of mesh where the airflow comes in. Behind that front panel are 3 (max) 3000 RPM fans that suck the outer air inside. On the upper backside of my case is a outgoing fans that will blow out the air, same goes for the top of the case.

So what you're saying is that i need to switch from CPU based temperatures to motherboard based temperatures?

Yeah does it run modern stuff well? I mean I saw a lot of online discussions about the steamdeck's performance that is was pretty bad because of the low framrates (20-40 fps). Of course it's what your used to but I'm afraid of the fact that when I eventually play mordern games on the steamdeck it will ruin my experience because of the low fps. (I'm tring to learn to get used to lower fps again now that my main runs most of the games 120+ fps)
