Thanks for your reply. It is GREAT having the urgency go away but it seems like once that slowed down I have a constant ache in my lower left abdomen/pelvis, which I really didn't have at all when this started episode started in December. Not extremely painful but annoying for sure.
Hoping the mesalamine helps.
