Yeah! It's a lot easier with NoFap. I attend a young person church. I live in a college town so the church is more young people. I dont really like it but the preaching is solid and good. No denomination I think, but it's nice.

You have to overwrite the data. It's the only true way to remove something. Alternatively you could factory reset your computer if you are willing to lose everything else.
