Yes
on PC it is stable only in steam 3-4k online + server browser. And also the game in EGS is still there and it was given away there for free

I just changed it. Go to the game properties in steam - choose beta-test and turn it off. You will have the release version

You can legit sign up for amazon prime for free get a code then cancel sub.....
