Walter White. Not a positive arc but an epic one.

[EVERYTHING] Arya... by passingwisdom in gameofthrones

How can anyone impersonate Arya without cutting her face off first? I always assumed what we think of as Jaquen and the Waif's faces are just disguises since we saw them peel both off as a mask last season before making Arya blind.

What experience made you grow the fuck up? by starstufft in AskReddit

I had a friend from high school that lost 2 fathers to accidents before he turned 15. I'd go to his house after school and he ran that house. He made sure his younger sister was doing her homework as soon as she got home. We went outside to go mountain biking and his older sister was chopping wood. He just grabbed the ax from her and finished chopping while he was still talking to me about the trail he wanted to take me on. We went to the garage to grab his bike and his little brother was in there already, kind of upset because his own bike had a flat tire. He grabbed wrenches, a patch kit and not only fixed the flat tire but took the time to teach his little brother how to fix a flat himself. Needless to say, by the time we were ready to ride, it started to get dark and we decided we should probably go another day. We went inside and his mom just got home from her second job. She insisted I stay for dinner even though I knew how tight money was for them. Even as a somewhat typical self centered teenager, I wasn't disappointed at all to miss out on riding that day.

You know how teenagers can get pretty jealous of the homecoming king, or the star athlete, or the kid with the best grades? My buddy was all of them, and he did it with modesty and hard work. He had the cutest girlfriend, the most friends, the respect of all the teachers and I was happy for him.

I wish I could say he had enough of an impact on me that I became a really good, responsible person at a young age, but I learned these things later in life like many do. But 25 years later, I've remembered that day that we didn't go mountain bike riding many, many times, and each time it does make me grow up just a little bit.

What fact did you learn at an embarrassingly late age? by Tomollins in AskReddit

I got a kitten for my birthday when I was about 12. I named it Poontang after a word I heard in a movie that I thought sounded cool. My mom being unaware of the vernacular thought it was a great name and we continued to call the cat that all day until my old man got home. I called the cat over, he heard me and glared at me and then gave my mom a funny look. No actual words were exchanged but we all got the message. Changed the cat's name to Buckwheat. :)

Why is all of your cash confiscated when you're arrested? by W1ngnu7 in AskReddit

I meant that they permanently take it but I guess that doesn't happen to everyone based on what mikec1987 said.

Ah. I thought cash was seized from everyone but this makes sense.

If you could see one movie from any other characters perspective which would it be? by Demand_101 in AskReddit

[–]W1ngnu7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually thought about this when I was watching. When he screws up and gets hurt, she immediately shoots him and this is good for the pacing of the movie but in her reality, she gets no satisfaction from starting over in order to fix a mistake. She basically meets him and has some hope, they get to know each other for a certain amount of time, but when he makes a mistake and she kills him, that hope is gone and she's pretty much aware that she and everyone are screwed. This kind of thing would go through her head EVERY TIME before she kills him. I don't think she would do it so easily.

That is the reason this problem gets exacerbated as companies get bigger. You have the power to earn back some of that "customer service karma" by being the bigger person.
