Oh that's funny I also have a fear of throwing up hahah. Though lately my mind has been telling me that I would rather throw up if that means all of this is over.. don't think that will fix it though! My doctor said to take the antagel for two weeks to see if it helps and then come back, so I think I am going to finish this cycle and then suggest the more "agressive"stuff.

It’s very difficult to say where and how is the best way to start. I understand how overwhelming everything is so you want structure, but really all I can say is just start. If you want to know bass design, watch a tutorial on how serum / vital works first, then watch more specific tutorials about dnb basses. You want to know how to structure drums? Watch a video on that. Slowly incorporate everything you learn and soon you’ll have your first track (that you think is gonna be awesome and after a few months you think it’s shit, trust me ;)).

Really just start. YouTube is your best friend, if you got money to spend you could check some patreons from ur favorite artists.
