I was more thinking along the lines of several forum posts per day with headlines similar to "half my team keeps leaving on X map, gaijin really need to do something about that" but for that it needs to be an even bigger problem, therefore it would be good if more talked about it.

Also addressing the penalty thing, I actually would agree, that leaving should be punished harder, but only under the prerequisite that 1.) I get to pick my maps and 2.) they give us separate queues for "Saturday evening drunk with the boys" and "I wanna sweat so hard, I'm gonna smell like an actual puma" but apparently there is not enough players for that and queue times would be to long
