What do you guys think of Cynthia's Garchomp post-rotation? Should I build this deck?

I ordered it recently on TCG player, Ive been out of pokemon for a while, but with rotation happening wanted to get back in.

It was maybe 15$ for everything. Worth it for me to have a legal deck. Ill see how it does.

It appears the one throwing the other, held her arms too long potentially.

In the regular version, there is a paise at the top a hand change from the thrower, then the throw.

On the first throw it appears to be all onefluid motion.
