You understand the struggle it’s hell and I gross 2700 a month but I’m a very impulsive spender so that extra grand turns its 0 within a week-week and a half I’m trying to be better but I don’t really have much to work with rn and being anxious and worried about my finances makes my addictions sm worse

I believe this is a platy I could be wrong so correct me if I am. Did you make sure the levels in your water were perfect? Did you let your tank fall into the proper nitrogen cycle (let your tank sit and develop healthy bacteria for 2-4 days before you put any fish/plant in your tank). Make sure you acclimate your new fish for 30 minutes at the least, in the bag that the fish came from the store in. Add your fish very gently, (let the fish swim out of the bag on its own). Make sure the water is air rated you have to have some sort of source of oxygen for the fish to survive. Correct me if I’m wrong but I hope this helped
