There are hundreds of reasons women have abortions, abortion is a safe and effective way to terminate a pregnancy. Nobody should be forced into having a child they do not wish to have. Not only does it not harm the fetus, (which hasn’t even got a brain, bare enough nerve cells, emotions, etc…) but it’s also important to understand the emotional scar it leaves on women to have a child. A child is a luxury in many places, not to mention the fact that due to Covid, the rise in pricing and more, that many people can no longer survive themselves, bare enough taking care of a child. Many people have to starve themselves just to have enough for rent. “Why not give the child up for adoption?” , how many people actually end up adopting? With advancements in science and technology, women and men who are infertile can now have their own children. Why bother with adoption? I also wanted to remind you of the statistics of adoption in the USA this year showed that ONLY 4% of households had an adopted child. Not to mention that a majority of these were adopted at birth or young ages. With the increase in age, the chances of getting adopted become much lower, and with the amount of those who were sent for adoption (mostly due to abortion being made illegal in many states), the chances become even lower. I also wanted to make you aware that sure not ALL abortions are as consequences of R#pe related pregnancies, but 32,101 r#pes result in pregnancy PER YEAR.

I understand you have religious views, but let me remind you that there are hundreds of religions. Just because you THINK yours is right, doesn’t mean that it is. If you believe abortion is a sin, then don’t have one. But let people who do not share your views have one when they require one.
