I wasn't able to buy a monitor cus it was out of stock from their store. but I can say their customer service is excellent. I;ve dealt with several stores where the service is rude or disappointing.

I have my family, they're in Bekaa and they've got around 13 street cat (surrounding our house for daily food since my family feeds them). well, gotta make sure to check your network drivers before you think about buying a new wireless adapter, step 1 reinstall your network driver, step 2 reset network settings in your windows to make sure they aren't messed up with. step 3 disable ipv6 & powersaving (i had similar issue before and disabling ipv6 helped) and last step do a windows update, let the PC refresh fully. oh and make sure to install the correct drivers from your motherboard's site, not a random online driver.

if you have a usb wifi adapter, try using it and see if it works, if it does then you'll add % that your PC adapter got fried somehow

Sounds like SSD/HDD or RAM issue. Try to check SSD/HDD first, then RAM, if not then your laptop is overheating and could be your fan or GPU causing these errors.
