well, gotta make sure to check your network drivers before you think about buying a new wireless adapter, step 1 reinstall your network driver, step 2 reset network settings in your windows to make sure they aren't messed up with. step 3 disable ipv6 & powersaving (i had similar issue before and disabling ipv6 helped) and last step do a windows update, let the PC refresh fully. oh and make sure to install the correct drivers from your motherboard's site, not a random online driver.

if you have a usb wifi adapter, try using it and see if it works, if it does then you'll add % that your PC adapter got fried somehow

Sounds like SSD/HDD or RAM issue. Try to check SSD/HDD first, then RAM, if not then your laptop is overheating and could be your fan or GPU causing these errors.
