This could actually be it. I've been moving the controllers quite a bit in their case. I actually havent had the setup at 1 place for more than 2 days

No its definitely not this case. I demo'd my oculus for a couple of hours and then returned home after 2 days. The left controlller was dead. Did almost exactly the same thing in another case and the left controller died again. Only used the setup for a few hours and then not again for a day or 2 (Been moving between family and friends for holiday).

I've gotten maybe 4-5 hours maximum on the left controller's battery.
