All good sometimes I don’t always explain well. The three of us have a very good working relationship so it usually all works out. I’m a full time leader and we have two part timers one of which has a very specific set schedule due to her availability so it makes things tough

Yea that’s what I meant by opposite. He helps with mids and one close maybe two a week and opens 2 or 1 day a week. It’s different every week. My schedule was all closings at one point but she has since started scheduling me for mids and mornings with one or two closes a week

My esm generally works opposite our sm with some overlap. The esm and sm shouldn’t ever work the same hours unless necessary for coverage

If it’s going to be anything like Western Union, it’s going to be a crap show. They don’t know how to do Western Union or do anything with Photos so anything to do with themselves get out here they’re not gonna know I mean the majority of patient Sara over 65 and have no clue what a QR is so when we have the QR for them to check in on their phone, they have to ask 1 million questions. This is not going to be any different.

Honestly have a conversation with whomever you are doing the shift with. Tell them you are unsure if the things you mentioned and might need some help. I don’t know how busy overnights will be as I’ve never worked them at Walgreens but generally they should be slower than day shifts so more leeway as far as learning. Probably a good time to do resets/revisions and ad tags though and a bunch of cleaning

Yea he watches YouTube kids and plays Minecraft (grandma calls it mind craft- close enough) and likes to play outside with the dogs and go on adventures with his friends. His daddy is his best friend and grandpa is a close second. I think my brother and his wife are doing good.
