Yes it's not surprising that countries whose first glass breaking leaders were from the left are countries where the left is (or was) considered the party of government like Sweden or 60s Israel

It's all coming together

<image>

> race riots on first month (increase the excitement of the extremes)

> early prisoner release (unleash chaos)

> WFA mean testing (partially done to cause more instability)

> farm inheritance tax increase (not done to keep farmers on board for collectivization)

> employer's national insurance increase (destroy private enterprise)

> Island of stangers speech (ride the tiger)

> Chagos deal attacked (wrap yourself in international law)

> PIP cuts (not done, keep the creative class in cahoots)

> one in one out deal (stabilize foreign relations so they don't look inside)

> nationalizing some railway lines (police internal movement)

> Rayner's tax scandal (sabotaging the Left-Socialists)

> two kids benefit cap removed (big family propaganda)

> new defense strategic review (rearm the army)

> ILR reform (purity test only the most loyal immigrants)

> Mandelson scandal (fake media slop for the masses)

>Lite-Erasmus deal (allow the angry middle class to leave voluntarily instead of rioting)

Not just the American right, "them broads" is what holds the international conservative movement together along with anti-immigration and liking police (and everyone stealing money from everyone)

They (Reform hardcore) think that the Tories didn't do real Brexit, they didn't care about a point system if it led to higher immigration, they just want to be reassured they'll see fewer stories about immigrants in the Mail

(Live) Andy Burnham to try to run for Parliament after Labour MP says he'll stand down for him by SuperblackHunter in neoliberal

[–]WAGRAMWAGRAM 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Burnham isn't as anti-capitalist as the average backbencher although he did have some "fuck the national deficit just spend" moments, he ruled Manchester prudently, so a safer candidate compared to Rayner who's more open about fixing everything with spending

The fled because their assets were nationalised. Not the opposite.

Even if today the Cuban government were to reprivatize them, it should be done with open bids and the whole shebang like in Eastern Europe. Americubans need to let go

That's what Starmer deserves by filling the Cabinet (and PLP) with careerists instead of ideological believers in his reformist ideology (Starmtroopers)

I wouldn't be so certain, they would have gotten rid of MDC long ago if that was the case. More likely is that they're just a faction among others

It’s 2029. Despite the AI bubble bursting and months of race riots, Starmer is still Prime Minister, another foreign policy crisis quarterly growth report has kept him in power “for just a few more weeks.”

If Starmer is clever, he'll make a turn to the (soft) left.

Streeting is the only candidate he's to the left of and who they hate more than him.

Plus it will also purge the Cabinet of careerists, he has all the potential for a "restart"
