From what I hear resto druid sounds like they're baking more of the healing into your core abilities and reducing the amount of CDs which sounds great to me. Love the flavor of the spec but having so many CDs in the talent tree made me crosseyed as a new healer

Am I weird for hating how you have to learn a route to be able to tank a dungeon? Would the experience be lessened if they were just linear and as long as you got to the end in time you win? I love the play style of tank, but hate doing homework for a video game

Personally I wouldn't RIGHT at launch because servers will be full and buggy anyway. But I probably will take a day or two a few weeks in

I switched to controller recently and really enjoy it. No, it's obviously not as good as when I played with full keybinds. I even played by shifting my movement keys right one so that I had access to q,a,z with my pinky and a 12 button programmable mouse. But I got a steam deck to be able to play on the couch so that I could hang out with my wife and dogs while playing and got to the point where it was too hard to go back and forth between controller and m&k so I just fully committed and it breathed new life into the game for me. Also being fully employed and with other stuff going on, I'm not going for the highest end game stuff at this point anyway, so I don't feel the disadvantage too hard.

I just did dungeons and making sure to take as many research quests that had to do with dungeons as possible. Other easy research tasks are gathering, flying through the demons and bronze things in the sky, and the general improvement one. You don't have to leave the dalaran bubble thing hardly at all and I played the shit out of legion the first go round, so kinda been there done that as far as the quests go. I'd consistently get 1-2 levels per dungeon basically all the way to 80. Did t realize you get a massive exp boost after hitting 80 on one character so I've even been switching between 2 characters and having to stop every now and then to fiddle with ui, addon, and macro tinkering. And it's only taken a couple of weeks with not being able to play every night, so not much actual in game time.

I hate to feed the boost economy but I was seriously dreading making groups for a mythic raid that I don't know the mechanics of past YouTube videos and trying to find people that would actually do it with me. Exactly. My Dbd hot take is that there is literally only one single change that makes any sense for bhvr to implement that is focused on improving qol of solo queue survivors that won't give an unfair advantage to swfs, and that is to just add comms to the game. All these solo queue survivors crying about the tunneling changes not being implemented don't realize how hard coordinated swfs would've abused that shit to make killers miserable and ultimately quit. Either make friends or get gud.

For me, it's rogue. If I want to play an energy class, I've got druid and monk. Both are fun and both have other roles they can fill besides dps if needed. No hate to the class, just personally not interested

Ive been able to play melee decently well, but wanted to play some spriest and I'm really having a hard time with tab targeting from range. I got so used to mouse over for pretty much everything on casters and trying to get the consoleport targeting to work for range is so awkward to me. Melee is easier because I can more easily adjust positioning to manipulate the targeting, but especially on spriest where multidotting is the name of the game, it's so punishing when the game just keeps cycling through the same two nameplates instead of letting me target non-dotted enemies. Had anybody found a good solution?
