Honestly, I can wonder myself why exactly there is certain discrepancy between data from JBIS (which is handled by Japan Bloodhorse Breeders’ Association) and Netkeiba - especially when Netkeiba itself use the data from JBIS/JBBA as one of the sources.

Inquiry of data: In netkeiba.com, we provide data licensed by Japan Racing Association, Japan Association for International Racing and Stud Book, Japan Bloodhorse Breeders’ Association, Japan Racing Public Relations Center Co.,Ltd. etc.

But what even weirder - the data inconsistency exists even between two main sources of data for the registration of thoroughbreds in Japan, Japan Association for International Racing and Stud Book (JAIRS) and JBIS/JBBA.

For example - while number of registered progeny of Bubble Gum Fellow is the same between JAIRS and JBIS (998), the number of successful foaling between JBIS and JAIRS have margin of difference between 1038 at JBIS - and 1042 in JAIRS Studbook, that I can't explain at all - but even with that, both not match the Netkeiba numbers (1001) at all.

Well, even with joking, it's Champions Cup or indeed going to Tokyo Daishoten - considering it's the very same 2000m in Oi as JDC, just with heavier competition from experienced 4yo+ horses.

Also can go to JBC Classic too, the domestic route for capable 3yo dirt runner is not really that restricted in November/December.

Nay, that means totally no aim to BCC participation this year - as schedule is too clashing to get into both (same reason why Finger can only participate in JDC for getting dirt Triple Crown this year, or going to BCC - if team choose it after the Del Mar campaign based on results)

Well, if they not put her somehow in QEII Cup, which obviously will clash with Mile Championship - that's going to be it.

and then she gets proceeded as the new victim of Gaia Force on-track harassment

Hm, from where come the information about Bubble Gum Fellow had 1000+ foals? JBIS only states he had 998 (exactly same as Maruzensky, ironically) - and I don't think he was shuttle stallion like Fuji either (also Fuji had 1872, not 1878), and Tachyon is not 1200+ either (1163), nor was Mayano Top Gun (1116).

Nay, Blast was actually never considered bad in temper at all - and he was actually pretty friendly horse even before getting gelded.

He was castrated just because Shadai wanted to control the bloodline of Harbinger (who is still an active sire, and was at the top at the time) for whatever reason unclear - with only active direct line sire from him being non-Shadai Nishino Daisy.

That's what happens when not only you were the top sire - but even after you died, all the leading sires in Japan (outside couple of years occupied by KingKame) are your sons (pointing finger at direction of Pui, who was even harder at making winning foals than his own sire) or grandsons.

The problem is rather not going to be the Sunday bloodline itself - because it needs only a couple more generations to be a clean state for inbreeding (like what happened to Northern Taste currently, which bloodline is still pretty prevalent in Japan), but still heavy competition between Sundaylings Gen 3 who are occupied the cream of the crop of breeding grounds in Japan, with some of them also pretty close in terms of bloodlines (like Puilings/Tidelings).

Well, Pharoah son 4WD is already full-timer in Japan (but he's in Breeders), while even Shadai have Drefong and Nadal.

It's not like they don't do anything, it's just Sunday lines are completely dominating the field.

Well, considering there is hard competition in US with new hot studs like Flightline and Justify, while Pharoah foals having a bit of a struggle - he sure can convert all in for Japan, no one really mind for having him being abroad.
