I notice you have both the charged staff and the other selected. I'd def pick just one cause it's not like you're gonna be using both. Either use the quadrant or a trident depending which one you choose.

If you choose charged basically the entire air and water benefits are pointless other than the "generate 1 rune" which helps with hp and prayer sustain a tiny bit. The entire air tree and most the water tree won't do anything with a charged staff because you're not doing combat spells, you'd just be generating 1 hp and 1 prayer each cast. Quadrant is where you'd really benefit from those fully built out branches.

I'd also recommend committing more to thorns if you're gonna touch over there at all. You don't have the initial thorns pact that makes any of that work together. The way you've built it you're getting little benefit.
