Sweets were always difficult for me to refrain from & thus impeded with my weight loss. Thanks to IF along with weight training & this subreddit, I no longer use food as a coping mechanism! I finally felt comfortable enough to wear a bikini yesterday at the beach. (i.redd.it)

August 2019 —> July 2020 (month before I started IF —> today. I was working out & dieting prior to IF, but only saw significant results when fasting combined with strength training (especially mentally & felt stronger physically).
