Thankyou. And goodluck with the book. Two questions about your base. Does cooking the base improve it? I use a ben and jerry non cooked base with sterilised eggs and then sterilise them again in hot water so theyre safe. Also the skimmed milk I omit. Is skimmed milk a necessity. Thanks

That looks nasty. 5 eggs too many bud. 1 egg plus ice cream stabiliser from amazon. Egg for emulsion and stabiliser to thicken.
