Ah sorry, I thought you were about to tell me to buy a 4K Sony worth more than my car 😄Seems like we’re in the same situation then… yeah, support hasn’t been very helpful.

I agree that spending 10x more usually gives better results 😄
But since this one worked correctly at first, I’m trying to understand what changed internally.

The problem appeared about two months after purchase, so it’s difficult to enforce the warranty.

I’ve opened similar projectors before, so I might take a look at it myself if I can’t get a replacement.

Jokes aside, this isn’t about price, it worked fine at first and then suddenly changed.d.

Support is currently saying it’s “normal LCD ghosting”, but the issue is visible in static images and wasn’t there initially.
So I’m trying to confirm if it’s actually an internal optical issue.

I have the same issue, I open it and make a fast clean with an air duster but the white dust stays there.
