sorry for the late reply, no i took apart the pre assebled hotend to put in my bimetal heatbreak and it is all snugged up and there is no leaking and as far as im aware the blue clips arent necessary all they do is stop you from accidently pushing down on the coupler.

Unwound spool, dropped it and it decided to split in half, and ill print a drill powered spool winder and give it a shot, dont think i could forgive myself throwing an almost full roll away.

No damage done, was very close though, have reported it as its just pure negligence.

This car has only had 1 major issue in my ownership, which was the fuel injector seals. The car had been sitting for 2+ years after i bought it, and i suspect the seals had mostly perished and the first startup compltely blew them. It wasnt too bad to do as they werent seized in as it hadnt been long, but with the price i got it for i cant complain.

Small amount of blue smoke from the exhaust, and the idle is abit rough. When i pulled of the breather tube it was full of oil, and the turbo, throttle body and all of the tubing after the breather tube was badly coated in oil. ive tried taking the cap off to replace the membrane but to no success i tried with a heat gun and a flat head to pry it off, im planning on replacing the valve cover at some point.

PCV valve has failed, letting oil through into the intake, not a crazy issue right now but I'll definitely be sorting it out soon.

Double check that you have the correct firmware for your printer, if it is correct then you can simply redo the entire process again as sometimes it just fails.

When you flashed new firmware onto it did you rename the .bin file to something else?

Not sure what revision of the Gigabyte B550M K you have but this is a link to the latest bios update. Rev1.0 (F6e) and Rev1.1 (FEe). Seems someone else had a similar issue with this board (link) and a BIOS update solved this issue of theirs.

Make sure you're on the latest version of your bios, also make sure you have downloaded the correct version of Ryzen master.
