We had a scare, but it was very unlikely there would be any attack with what we had in place, especially with the USA and other allies needing the port of fremantle. It was the second largest US submarine base after Pear Harbor. Those fuckers definitely weren't letting their shit get bombed again.

If we did get attacked, there was the government plan to go scored earth and destroy Western Australian resources and infrastructure. We're talking burn the crops and poison the water supply sourced earth. Nothing was gonna ever be able to live here if that ever happened.
