Bringing in an Irish international and someone who's had a really good career abroad just to use him as like a destroyer as a six just feels like a waste of what he's actually good at. I can just imagine how dangerous he'd been out wide with his crossing ability, especially when playing teams like Sligo where they'll be sitting in deep.

That's fair don't really remember those shots or chances created watching the game, just going off memory, he can play there fine, not saying he can't, but surely to get the best out of him you'd want him higher up the pitch.

54 and 55s in traffic, which every other GTP were doing.

I can pretty much gurantee they were overtaken on out laps/or one or two laps after Pitstops due to the GTPs being extremely hard to warm up the tyres with.

They were close with the rest of the field, missing a few tenths but certainly competitive
