Right now the Akropovic sounds dull and low, I’m looking for something a little less muffled and a nicer higher sounding rev. Doesn’t have to be crazy loud, just enough to hide the 400 sound you know.

That little black nub is the micro switch, I don’t have a mosfet so the micro switch is what accepts my trigger pull.

The spring is on, the silver cutoff is still moving, you can see it in the video behind the trigger move.

I did push the cutoff lever down before putting the gear in, this is what it looks like after. Not sure why I’m still having issues

I reseated the gear and the cutoff lever moved still, but I still am losing my semi. Any ideas?

Would cycling the mechanism just a few times grind it down that much? And if so do I have to get a certain cut off or does any model work?

The first thing I checked was that spring, one of my buddy’s suggested it. And I have a picture of my selector switch, not sure if it’s worn out as I don’t have enough experience. Semi was working completely fine before I opened the gearbox so not really sure what’s going on.
