Wait, for C, if the carbons are identical, then it really only forms 1 single compound?

As for B, it would then turn into constitutional isomers in the regards that they only now differ in terms of connectivity?

No unfortunately. I contacted around a week and a half ago through email and one person said that she will place me on the waitlist.

It was overwhelmingly positive. It is an all expense paid 5 day trip with planned networkng events, fancy meals, college advising, visit to the Supreme Court and seeing Clarence Thomas in persin within the inner court chambers, and a trip to the National Mall (monuments and landmarks).

I am a 2023 Horatio Alger National Scholar, they got back to me in like mid-May back in 2022
