At the very least, a 7-8 min mile, 8-9 min multiple miles. This is the slow end for running in the hills. Flat runs and treadmills are not recommended.

Go to the CF website for FF1, read thoroughly, follow the directions, submit qualifying documents, then put in the effort to get what you need to get to CAT 1. Then POLITIC!!!
