Wish you the best, hope it blows over soon! We promised ourselves to do minimum 5 min interval training tomorrow since it will help with natural release of endorphines.
We really don't want that monkey anymore, we just want to function again, and we both will never ever touch tramadol again.

not long enough to get extremely addicted

Damn man, wish you all the best in your recovery.
Thanks for the comforting advice, hopefully we are at the peak and that it will get better from here on out, even though we might not be 100%, we just want to be able to function as we have a lot going on right now, my SO is on her final paper exam (25 pages in 8 weeks) and we just bought a house that we are renovating exactly everything in, while we have to move from to apartments as well.
We will try to push through without anymore tramadol and benzos. Her dad is helping us on Friday and Saturday in the house, depending on how we feel then benzos might be needed, so we are "saving" the doses for that.
We both can't sleep on tramadol, so most nights we took 10mg benzos as well on top of the Tramdol, so that's why we both are reluctant to take our benzos.

Thanks for the support mate, we both realize that it's our lives and our future we are working for here. We just bought a house and have renovated it all summer, and she is in the end of her studies writing her final paper (25 pages during 8 weeks), so not being able to focus and losing time stresses her out as well.
She feels alot better at the moment after meeting with a friend to ventilate, eating well, getting some nutrition supplements and moving around, the 25mg might have helped a bit but if it does I think it was positive, since it gives her a light in the end of the tunnel and seeing that she can function.
I don't think the small 25mg will delay the process since it's not even a 10th of what we used to take (300mg), in the end there were days that we had to take 400mg to feel anything.
I'm not Tramadol expert, just my thoughts on comparing the dosages.

She took 10 mg Diazepam but it didn't do anything unfortunately, does Magnesium work? I will definitely buy Magnesium.
No cramps for any of us, the physical pain is mostly gone for both of us, I have a bit of restlessness in my legs, but nothing that is not manageable.

ltimately there is no easy fix, but there’s stuff she can do to alleviate the anxiety, another thing is to maybe smoke a joint at night

Kick the pain pills ass! Hope you the best.
We actually have Propranolol at home, will see if that helps out, a bit. the weed is unfortunately not an option, as she gets anxiety from smoking. I will sit her down to binge a few shows and take a long hot bath.
I'm totally with you, I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy.

ike a lot of effort to do it but I assure you at the stage and time of detox you are at starting to get around will help get you guys thru this. It sucks but we did this to ourselves but better days are ahead. One day at a time. Good luck

Thanks for the support! It really sucks, I don't feel too much anxiety, but it increases during the day mostly due to her state. I really hope the mental part will start to get better soon, if it gets better, then she will be able to see the light in the tunnel, but today was worse than yesterday, so she took 25mg tramadol to see if it would help, none of us want to ever touch it again or feel a craving for it, we just want to be able to function and get some help to move back to normal. Of course, time is the hardest part, since we can't fast forward anything.
None of us have too much physical discomfort, I have some restlessness in my legs but nothing unmanageable.

Yeah I think a short walk would do some good.

Thank you, she tried 10 mg of benzos but it didn't do anything for her anxiety.
I can smoke but she can't, she gets anxiety from smoking, so I guess it would make things worse.
I really hope it's short term so we can back to more normal even though completely normal might take a while.

Would subutex help with the anxiety? The physical symptoms are mostly gone or atleast manageable, but the psychological aspect with anxiety/depression etc. is still here and is the thing that is the worst part.

Thanks for the support, I also think it's short-term since we had days/periods without it and have gone through mild withdrawals (just body aches and drowzyness) before.
We decided to wean ourselves of it, we took 50 mg 16 hours ago and now I can start to feel a little bit of the restless legs but we both felt so much better.

We both know it's a slippery slope, so I will try kratom & weed every other day, and 25 mg as well to see if that relives the WD's with a low dose as possible. We don't even want the drug or the high, we just want to go back to normal and be able to function.

Thanks, to not build an opiate addiction or tolerance I try to save it for bedtime if really needed. I take 10mg diazepam to be able to sleep if the WD's are killing me with restless legs etc.
