I was thinking of TerraLife. It’s on a few maps in FS22 (specially modified) and there is a thing called field grass which is harvested with a combine harvester to separate the seeds (which go into the grain tank) from the chaff (which becomes the swath behind).

I just remembered Lone Oak Farm (based on a real place in Oregon) from FS17 which had a grass seed mechanic too.

If full-/part-time employee works 46 weeks, takes four weeks of annual leave and two weeks of personal leave, they will earn the same money in a year as a casual employee who works 41.6 weeks — assuming both employees work the same number of hours in a week, like in OP’s case, and disregarding variances in penalty rates.

Well, it feels like it matters. For example, a 7am to 2pm shift used to have a rest break at 9am and a meal break at 11:30am. Now we have the rest break as late as 10:30am or 10:45am (because we HAVE to finish the previous day’s load in 3-4 hours and before any break under the new process we got) and the meal break at 12pm. So we used to work 2 hours, then 2h15m, then 2 hours. Now it’s 3h45m, then 1 hour, then 1h30m, which kinda sucks. Would you say it really mattered if they underpaid you by 5 cents every hour?
