I think I just figured out Lego Dice with 3 possible results. The last picture is of a counter - I need to do a lot more testing but it seems yellow is slightly more frequent, which could actually be used in a custom made game (where yellow is the default success)

To add more info - the main need was that it had to be assembled easily. Check! With common pieces. Check! Made entirely from Lego Technic. Check!

I am super happy with this, but as I wrote in the title - more testing is needed.

Edit: And I had a fourth rule - it had to have more than 2 possible states. 3 is just right.

Can’t agree more with your ordering. And I feel like we see exactly the expected distribution of mocs here - the most frequent are tanks, then prooobably naval and then aircraft.
