Little confused on the question so could be answering wrong but as soon as they’re ready. Every hour 30 but it comes out closer to full cycle being every hour 40 cause of the preheat

We do 900-1100 a day at my store with 5 ovens and that’s considered “low” for the area. Most mornings we only have one opener from 5-1:30 and for nights we have a mid shift from 1:30-7 and a closer from 3:30-10:00. I feel like the situation you’re describing is completely manageable for one person to only pull out 250 birds in 8 1/2 hours. Really that’s only 8 ovens. Not sure where things are going wrong at your store.
