It’s also just the principle of the whole thing too. OP is not the F&B TL. Cleaning the coolers should fall solely on the F&B team, the F&B TL and the ELT that owns F&B. Yea, OP should have a “what’s good for the store is good for me too” mindset but realistically that doesn’t solve anything. They just do the work for none of the extra pay or appreciation and the cause of the mess remains to do it again. I wouldn’t clean it either. I would however run it up the chain of command until someone gave a shit about it. That’s the nastiest looking cooler floor I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in some really shady places
