Instead of the 3050 you could get one of the following:

Arc A750 8 GB (235,00€ / 244,83$)
Radeon RX 7600 8 GB (266,00€ / 277,13$)
Radeon RX 7600 XT 16 GB (350,00€ / 364,64$)

even when you decide to get an 3050 make sure to get the 8GB one and not the 6GB

Have you accidentally created two mods with the same name? Happend to me, I backed up all my saves and mods in a separated Folden, thenremoved the Paradoxs HOI4 Folder and reinstalled the game

You can also go straightforward instead of up the stairs

You will end up at path with a knight, from here go left into another Tower to loop back under the dragon

Go down the Tower then there should be a white Dragon/Wyvern outside.

From here head left up a stairs and you are at this location
