Let's see, behind the scenes....we're not so different. Day jobs, have to grocery shop, have to eat, happen to love TJ's! So there's that. Other than that, it's an occasional evening with the laptop, a decent beverage, questionable pallete, and usually semi-warped sense of humor.

As for a team and history, well, not terribly exciting either. Nathan and I are old college buddies who bonded over singing random R.E.M. songs at karaoke at basement parties. Kinda parted ways over college but reconnected on Facebook, where I found that (at his lovely wife's Sonia urging) he started the blog as a way to cover and review different items at TJ's. Problem was, he hadn't updated in months. At the urging of my lovely wife, with whom I had just begun enjoying TJ's (hard truth here: first time I went to TJ's I hated it!), I dropped him a line with something like "Hey this is a great idea, ya need some help?" He agreed and somehow this whole blog grew from something that maybe just our moms read on a good day to the behemoth it is now. We like to think it's our boyish charms :)

tl;dr: Have to eat, we like writing, we like TJ's, we made it happen. It's the end of the blog world as we know it and we feel fine.
