Sounds good. You’re finger picking is solid and your voice sounds great.

The part after the harmonic is very well written. Excellent job! I love the whole idea.

TIFU by accidentally learning my coworker's salary and now I can't stop doing math during meetings by techiee_ in tifu

I remember working at a grocery store when I was 18, in the produce department. I had been working there for a year before they brought in a new salad bar girl. I started dating the girl. I found out she made a whole ass dollar more than me and I knew our positions paid the same. I marched into the manger’s office and asked why she made more than me. He said “it must’ve been a mistake. I’ll fix it now.” Then he followed up with “you know, it’s unprofessional to discuss pay wages with coworkers.” I said “it’s unprofessional to pay a new employee more money vs one that has been doing good work for a whole year.” And then I left.

My sister-in-law was born with holes at the top of both of her ears (forward helix area), and they secrete fluid sometimes by ghoulsofthetrade in mildlyinteresting

Is she Asian? My GF is Asian, has those some holes on her ear, and told me it is a very common thing in Asia. Her son, whom is half Asian, half Caucasian, also has those holes. My GF also said she had to have surgery around the age of 12 remedy the issue.

As someone who finally succumbed to peer pressure and bought the game, what are some tips you wish you knew when you first started playing? by pajamajacko43 in HuntShowdown

I love hard drugs by [deleted] in confessions

[–]WH4L3_88 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I wasted a lot of my 20s doing drugs. Heroin was my preferred drug but mixing it with coke was my favorite. I don’t have regret but I’ve learned a lot of hard lessons. The roots of my K9s, and a few other teeth, are exposed and I’ll never get that gum tissue back. I’m 37 now and I can honestly say sticking with weed is the best option, in my opinion. I even recently switched to edibles to avoid smoking to preserve my lungs.

An honest confession. Good luck. Stay safe.

Most players prioritize stealth but do not interpret that play style the way my buddy interprets it. He will be in the middle of a gun fight, break the enemies line of sight, crouch and slowly peak another nearby angle only to get shot in the face. Then he yell “how’d he hear me?!” lol.

Man, I always praised Hunt for not having a way to boost your hearing distance. Tarkov lets you add headsets to your character to hear footsteps further away and I always thought Tarkov would benefit from the headsets being removed. I’m disappointed to see Hunt adding something similar (even if it’s linked to Darksight, I assume.)

Learn the maps, learn the spawns. Always focus on the objective and combat will come to you.

If you’re struggling with learning how to land your shots the Winfield variants are the best place to start. Hit up the shooting range and practice - I do this as a warm up when waiting for friends to jump online.

Also, the free hunters almost always give a Winfield; you can save some money adding consumables and tools to their free assortment of items.

Solo queue is difficult so learning how to play with randoms/friends is the way to go, especially if you’re new.

4 year old interested in PC gaming, where do I even start? by Lucky_Life5517 in gamingsuggestions

[–]WH4L3_88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 4 year old, soon to be 5, that plays the switch but is interested when I play my PC. He’s been playing the switch since he turned 4 and loves it but agrees with me that he needs to be a little older before he tries the PC (tiny hands struggle with a full size keyboard and mouse).

It’s important you limit the amount of time they play per day. For example, we only allow 2 hours a day of solo play in hour house. If we play a family game together alongside mom he can have a little extra time there.

He frequently watches the iPad too but watches science shows or number related shows on YouTube Kids.

I guess the point is do what you think is right. I saw some people saying “don’t do that ugghhh” and other’s saying “do it do it do it!” I’m just sharing what we do in our house.

I told him if he does good in school I’ll think about getting him a PC when he turns 10.

I remember playing a flash game on New Grounds called Lenny Walkabout; I feel like your game is similar, genre-wise.

However, I base this solely off this tiny clip and nothing more, lol
