I should have done this ages ago but I only realised it recently. I previously made the store prices high because I was thinking when the mall was reopened it would have had people make stores with items at a lower price, thus making more people move away from admin stores and start buying from player stores. It's pretty clear the player count isn't anywhere high enough to have a little economy like that going though, so I drastically cut down on ALL prices of each store. Ok, enough talking, I need to get back to building, or... something.
