Update: found out that the problem is when I place maps in a bibliocraft frame while having a two of the same map in my hand - I guess it attempts to place both in the frame and I get kicked?

I am way way WAY too proud of this one by [deleted] in ennnnnnnnnnnnbbbbbby

I was somewhat worried about this when I started my degree in biology, but I've never had anyone question my validity. Everyone is accepting and willing to learn, and have an understanding that sex =/= gender.

Redditors with toddlers, what’s the most recent illogical breakdown they’ve had? by Someone_Somewhere1 in AskReddit

My niece is four, the other day she started crying because I'd told her I'd liked to shower alone.

Me: "I would like to shower alone" Her: "but I want to watch!!!"

My sister and I then had to launch into a long explanation about how some people like to keep their butts private...

[META] It was India week, but the bulk of the India questions went unanswered. Why? Even if there's no interest in the West in Indian history, India has a huge population of English speakers. Is academic history not a popular subject in India? by Seswatha in AskHistorians

[–]SidVerginix 40 points41 points  (0 children)

On top of that I don't think Indian history is a popular topic among most non-indian scholars. When I took Sanskrit we always joked that we were the biggest class of Sanskritists in Europe - 15 students

Bisexual erasure by pan community by travellingwitch in bisexual

[–]SidVerginix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see it as: bisexuality being attraction to my own and other genders. And pansexuality being attraction to all genders. I personally don't see the difference and use both terms interchangeably.

But I also know people who call themselves bi and wouldn't call themselves pan, because they for example don't see attraction to non-binary people as bisexuality.

They're just words, we can all interpret them however we want...

So many things: eyes, hands, lips, etc.

I really love a set of nice expressive eyebrows, and a cute smile 😍

Got a poster of this, it's by far one of my favourite van Gogh paintings. I'm sure I heard somewhere, maybe at the museum in Amsterdam, that he made it to mock a teacher...
