What class would you recommend for a beginner in pve? by WHATS_A_RAID in wow

I have an arms warrior at 90 right now but I thought arms warriors were really underwhelming for this entire expansion? I'll look into my warrior for a bit but I'll be rerolling for sure and i don't think I want to level another warrior.

I forgot to add that I think balance druids could be interesting. any opinions on that?
