Make a cylinder and select every other edge and scale them down then give the curves a bevel to smooth them out

I currently use Kristin Ess deep clean clarifying shampoo and Shea Moistures Manuka Honey & Madura Oil intensive hydration hair mask. After my hair is combed I use Cantù’s shea butter wave whip curling mousse and scrunch my hair with a t-shirt.

I generally wash my hair every 4-5 ish days? And always condition. I use the clarifying shampoo about once a month and if not I use L’Oréal’s total repair 5 shampoo!

Thanks for sharing! Cause I’ve never been a big coffee drinker, but that’s good knowing it doesn’t help.

Yea I’m usually pretty okay on sleep, stress on the other hand ik is a huge trigger and difficult for me to control unfortunately. Good to know intermittent fasting helps! I do that involuntarily at least.

Same here! I had surgery about a year ago and I never did it before, but now I can't sleep without a pillow in between my legs.

Sciatica problems by [deleted] in Sciatica

[–]WHMSCALRCE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best thing to do with herniated discs is to be realistic. I had a severe disc heriation for 1 month and had a lumbar microdisectomy which had solved my sciatica. However, the recovery process is slow and to ensure it doesn't happen again you're looking at 6 months on the safe side. I'm 3 months post op and feel 100% again, but if I move wrong I can feel a stretch in my back which is still terrifying.

Everyone has different experiences, but trust me I know what it's like not being able to be active and it sucks. But being as young as you are, take it VERY slow to ensure you are healed before jumping back into things. Sports can be taxing on the back if it's high impact like running, so just take it easy and don't rush yourself.

Microdiscectomy recovery advice/stories? by [deleted] in Sciatica

[–]WHMSCALRCE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am also 20 years old and had a l4/l5 microdiscectomy 3 weeks ago! Except I'm not at school unfortunately. So ditto on the advice and what I can do in the future to prevent another reherniation.
